Protein is Primary Print

Many people are aware that protein is an essential part of any diet. But not everyone knows from which foods it is obtained. Even nutritional experts have been known to wrongly advise sources of protien. did you know, for example, rice contains very little protein? Likewise, fruit, green vegetables and potatoes are poor protein providers too. Even milk contains relatively low levels, but as we consume it daily in quite large amounts, i.e. in drinks, puddings and sauces etc., it is recognised as a good contributor.
